GUI error "The username and/or password you entered is invalid."

    Dear 128T experts,

    After the VM restart of 128T Conductor, I am able to login 'admin' into PCLI of the 128T Conductor. But I am not able to login to GUI using the same login. I am not able to access the CPI, either. 

    May I ask if there is any command I can run to solve the issue?
