A few questions about sessions arriving for a service having no service-policy (or having a service-policy that doesn't specify a service-class), and not matching a configured session-type: 1.) Is it given default service-class, and priority? 2.) Is there any way to set the DSCP marking of these sessions?

There is an implicit "Unknown" service class which will default to best-effort priority and a DSCP of 0.  I do not believe there is currently a way to set these attributes for the unknown type.
